Trek through lush tea plantations, indulge in seafood feasts in quaint villages and dip your toes in the calm, clear waters dotted with palm trees and ocean waves on this all-encompassing adventure for those seeking a unique travel experience.

Day 1 / November 11



Welcome to Sri Lanka! Known as the ‘Pearl of the Indian Ocean’, the island offers travelers palm-studded beaches, rolling plantations, and sacred sights steeped in spirituality. There are no activities planned today until your group welcome meeting at 6 pm. We’ll be collecting insurance details and next of kin information at this meeting, so please ensure you have these with you. If arriving in Negombo earlier, spend some time poolside at the hotel, or head out to explore the neighborhood. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant whilst getting yo know your new friends.

Day 2/ November 12


Today you will transfer to Sigiriya En route Explore the amazing Dambulla Cave Temples which are located high on a stone cliff face. Some 150 Buddha images adorn the five caves, with fascinating frescoes and paintings on the walls and roofs

Day 3/ November 13


Today you will do a day trip to Polonnaruwa, the capital of the Indian Chola Dynasty after Anuradhapura was conquered in the late 10th century. These ruins are close together and generally in much better repair than those you have just seen. 1,000-year- old Polonnaruwa is once again the best way to get around. Once the heat of the day has eased you’ll visit more palaces, temples and stupas. A likely highlight will be the massive stone Buddhas: 14-metre-high granite carvings of the iconic reclining Buddha which represent the zenith of Sinhalese rock carving. You’ll also visit the well laid-out museum, which has scale models of many of the buildings to show how they would have existed in their time. Lunch at a local restaurant Back to sigiriya

Day 4/ November 14


Early this morning, before the heat is too intense, head to Sigiriya (approximately 30 minutes). This ruined fortress is one of Sri Lanka’s premier sights. Those who make it to the top are rewarded with astounding views. Make sure you are wearing sturdy footwear, as this is a very steep climb with some uneven slopes. Those unable to climb to the top can explore the gardens at the base of the rock and still get some fantastic shots of the fortress from below.

Transfer to Kandy

Do a city walk around the lake and market so you can enjoy the local lifestyle and do some quick shopping and visit temple of the tooth

Special Information

The visit to Lion Rock takes around 3.5 hrs. Start around 7am, reaching the lion paw around 8.30 am. On the way visit the water garden, boulder garden, Sigiriya Frescos and the mirror wall. After the Lion Paw its a steep climb with plenty of steps and walkways along the side of the rock. This part of the climb takes around 30 minutes. Those not wanting to go to the top can rest at the lion paw until the rest of the group return.

Day 5/ November 15

Nuwara Eliya

Say farewell to Kandy after breakfast and take the scenic train ride to Nanu Oya. Perched on a mountain ridge overlooking lush green countryside, After arrive checking to the hotel visit a Tea planation Learn about the country’s most important export a local tea factory, one of the oldest in the areas. Depending on the season, meet with some of the plantation workers.

Day 6/ November 16


Transfer to Udawalwe today, En route, you’ll stop to visit an elephant transit home which helps rehabilitate elephants for re-entry to the wild. The elephants are often released into the Uda Walawe National Park.
& do a afternoon safri, head to Udawalawe National Park, Sri Lanka’s premier wildlife reserve. Here you board a 4×4 and embark on a safari. There’s a good chance of spotting crocodiles, elephants, monkeys and buffaloes. When it’s all over, retire to your resort to relax and unwind

Day 7/ November 17


After starting the day with a hearty meal, we travel to the chilled-out beach town of Unawatuna and settle in for the night. En route have lunch Its a stunning crescent beach, dotted with palm trees, ocean waves and local spots to eat authentic Sri Lankan food. You will have free time to discover one of the best spots in Sri Lanka!

Day 8/ November 18


The day is yours to relax, swim or explore. This evening we will explore the charming town of Galle. Wander through the newer parts of Galle to experience a slightly more hectic way of life that the fort. In the evening you will take a guided walk through town. Dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 9/ November 19


Check out of the hotel and head towards Colombo. Once you arrive, take a bit of time to wander through the bazaar, taking in the sights, sounds and smells of the bustling market. Afterwards, enjoy a bit of free time. You’re in the commercial capital of Sri Lanka, so there’s more than enough things to do to while away the day. The waterfront is full of life, sights and stalls which makes for an excellent starting point. Regroup in the afternoon and head to Galle Face Green – 5 hectares of ocean-side park bliss. The kids can play a spot of cricket or fly kites while you sit back on the grass before getting together for a final farewell dinner afterwards.

Day 10/ November 20


Your trip comes to an end after breakfast this morning. Say farewell to your new friends & make plans to catch up again soon.
